SPARK
Program Success Story

Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences (KFAS) – private non-profit organization, Executive Leaders and Managers from various organizations (25 team members)

KFAS wanted to support the private sector in Kuwait to develop organizational cultures that promote innovation.

Ziksana designed and delivered the SPARK program in a 3-day, in person format for 25 Executive Leaders and Managers in Kuwait. This manager training program taught leaders learned essential skills like listening, building strengths-based teams, creating psychological safety, and creative problem solving to build more innovative cultures and support others to create novel solutions. This program also included an application workshop where leaders created action plans to apply their learning from the program to their organizations.

Leaders reported that their knowledge of how to create an innovative work culture increased by over 20% as a result of attending the program, and 100% agreed that the program would have a positive impact on their work environment.
