Level 1

Personal Brand and Feedback

Connect to the Bigger Picture

Personal Brand and Feedback is a workshop where managers connect their personal brand to the organization’s vision and practice delivering feedback to the people around them. Participants will spend time reflecting on their own experiences, strengths and values to better connect to their job’s purpose. Later, they will learn how to use a proven model to deliver behavioral based feedback to their direct reports and coworkers. Participants end the day living their brand and delivering feedback in a fun, fast-paced business simulation designed to mimic the stress of every day work and push everyone out of their comfort zone.

Level 2

Strengths-Based Leadership & Teaming

Leverage Your Strengths

Strengths-Based Leadership & Teaming teaches managers how their talents transform into strengths. Prior to the course, participants take the Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment to identify their top 5 strengths. They spend time learning how these strengths help them to lead and how to leverage their strengths to be productive. In the latter half of the workshop, participants take part in a signature game simulation which mimics the tension between individual, team, and organizational performance. Through the simulation they learn how to form a well-rounded and productive strengths-based team- and what can happen when that team isn’t leveraging strengths in the right way.

Performance & Development Coaching

Stop managing, start coaching

Performance & Development Coaching is a workshop for managers who need to have more effective conversations with their direct reports and team members. Managers and Team Leaders learn the difference between Performance and Development coaching and when to use either one, the different factors that motivate people and how to identify motivators in an employee, and how to give effective feedback. Participants role play real coaching conversations they need to have back at work and receive a conversation planner and motivation diagnostic to help them implement what they learned.
