Akshay Sateesh

Akshay has been a professional actor and improviser since 2003. He is a founding member of the Philadelphia N-Crowd, a short-form improvisation group that performs weekly in Philadelphia. He is also a member of Industrial Improv, a long-form improvisation group that has performed at various festivals along the East Coast.

In 2002, Akshay worked with mentally challenged children through theater therapy and performed in a children’s theater in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In addition, while in college, he served as Creative Director of PennNaatak, UPenn’s first South Asian theater company.

Akshay is currently a Business Development Associate at DuPont BioMedical (Applied Biosciences), where he leads product development teams to launch medical device implants for surgeries.

Akshay holds a B.S.E. and a M.S.E. in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania and lives in San Diego, serving the region of Southern California.

 

David Warick

David has worked as a professional actor, improviser, teacher and writer since 1992. He is a member of SAG, Actors Equity, the Writer’s Guild and the Motion Picture Screen Cartoonists Guild.

He trained and performed with The Groundlings, The Second City LA, and Los Angeles Theatresports for over ten years. At Los Angeles Theatresports he regularly performed in the groundbreaking long-form show, TRIPLE PLAY.

He was a consultant and writer for companies such as Avenue Pictures, Artisan Entertainment, IFC, director/producer Michael Mann, Paramount Television, Fox Broadcasting and Walt Disney Television. David has taught improvisation to adults, teens and children long both coasts. In July 2005, David founded the Delaware Comedy Theatre.

David was a regional trainer and proctor for the Community Relations department of Horizon Mental Health Management where he specialized in orientation of new employees and spearheaded turnarounds for programs undergoing changes in leadership or marketing.

David holds a B.F.A. in Drama from New York University, and a M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Pepperdine Univerisity and lives in Delaware, serving the NorthEast region.
